I'm back from camp & Vietnam already!

Hahahah sorry for th dead blog :/
I missed SG alot. But now when i'm back in SG, i miss Vietnam. Tsk.



28th, 29th, 30th Nov
Trybe camp was wonderful, though i left on th 29th as my Vietnam trip was on th 30th.

All th facilitators try their best to remember our names. I was so shocked when Mirabel & Raffy remembered who i was. LOL.

Although it was very different from last years' , but after talking to Min Min i realised wht she said is true. Maybe when i was in sec two, i also felt tht th sec threes can do better so i didn't dare to speak up much? & perhaps tht's th reason why this years' sec twos are like this? Even she herself realised tht th sec twos & sec threes are very distant & we have different thinking & decisions.

"Do you know why stars in Singapore are not very bright?"
"Because street lights shine brighter than them."

Sec twos are th stars.
Sec threes are th street lights.

If Singapore doesn't have street lights, stars will definitely shine brighter. Without th sec threes, i believe sec twos can do th same, or a even better job than th sec threes. It's really time to let th sec twos take over. Maybe because th sec threes have been doing their very best in Prefectorial Board & this given sec twos th excuse to think tht we can handle it alone; or perhaps most(almost all) th opportunities are given to sec threes as we are more "experienced" . After Trybe camp, i realised tht th sec twos actually have alot of potential & they can be as good & efficient as th sec threes(quoted by a sec two prefect) .

Yes. I admit i don't like some sec two prefects like Xiang Ting (Hahah) but after th camp i find tht she's capable to lead but her loud-ness irritates people. Yeap hope you don't mind me saying this if you see it. Arina is very friendly & nice too. Even though Firman seems like he doesn't care but it seems to me tht he doesn't dare to lead. Eva is good too but gets distracted very easily.

Or maybe it's just th sec threes didn't have faith in them? Idk. But still, sec twos, you can do it. Don't be afraid to speak up. All of you have potential.

Remembering th Trybe camp last year, it left a great impact on me. It's ever since last years' Trybe camp tht everyone started to show their leadership potential in sec three. I really hope to see th sec threes next year will be like tht too.


I really hope th sec threes next year will change & do their best in everything; & hopefully put in more effort than this years' sec threes. & i believe they can do it (:





 

Crappy reflection post. Apparently other prefects blogged abt A.R.I.S.E so i didn't wanna repeat my post like theirs .. Oh well. Whatever. At least i know i did reflect xP . Wahahahs.
Going to school later to do th Vietnam video.
